7 Days Replacement only

This item is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

Customers are requested to kindly capture an unboxing video of the package for claim verification in case of a Damaged or Different Item Delivered, a sticker will also be applied on all packages imitating the customer to do the same.

Replacement/Refund Only?

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  1. Item received is physically damaged;
  2. Item received has missing parts or accessories; Only vaild for (New) Not for Valid for (Openbox)
  3. Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on; or
  4. Item received is defective/does not work properly.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

How to return items?

  1. Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select a reason from menu and continue.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories. The customer needs to submit an unboxing video of the package in order for return reason cross-verification.
Return Window will start once the product is delivered to you.
The Item will be picked up by our courier partner Bluedart, Delhivery or any available Courier servise from customer’s premises. (In case No Pickup Courier Service serviceable in customer’s area then the product has to be self-shipped by the customer).
Refund of the product will be initiated to the same payment method once the return package reaches our warehouse and the quality check is completed in order to verify the product and it’s contents. Please Note, That if any discrepancy is found in the returned product/accessories (as per our T&C’s) then you would not be eligible for a refund.
In case of refund the amount will be credited back to your original payment method in 4-6 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.3
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
